Great job by James. James completed two renovations for me in 2025. One for my laundry and the other for my carport/garage. He completed the work promptly and arranged all trades (plumbing, tiler & electrician) as needed. Discussed all aspects of the jobs and offered great suggestions. Being able to deal directly with only James, rather than coordinating the various trades myself, was fantastic.

We were doing a huge renovation downstairs that included stairs, powder room, laundry, kitchen, flooring etc. We engaged James to assist in a lot of this renovation. He was punctual and friendly and his work was second to none. Not only did he do an amazing job but was an integral part of the design and decision making for a lot of our works. We were flying by the seat of our pants but having James's input really helped and ensured the job tuned out amazing and under budget. We receive a lot of compliments for the works he did and cant be happier. I recommend anyone that is doing any kind of renovating to get in touch with James as it can make an average reno turn into an amazing reno. You only get one shot, so make sure you chose the best to do it right the first time. Thanks again James and Cabco. Awesome.

James was also very personable, willing to hear our ideas, and we would certainly recommend him for any renovation works.

James from CabCo Carpentry did an amazing job of replacing our bench tops with solid wood ones! He’s a hard working guy who consults with you and helps your vision come alive! Never thought our 30 year old kitchen would turn out so good with wooden bench tops. James understood we wanted a mini make over and was extremely careful and not one tile got broken in the process. Very friendly guy , I had to stop my hubby from talking to him and distracting him. End product is amazing ! James loves wood and it shows , he’s so knowledgeable and his quote was very reasonable. Definitely recommend him to everyone. Found him through the RACV TRADES PEOPLE , but I’d just ring him directly for any future renovations like bathrooms ect I CAN NOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH! Absolutely wrapped.

James is a highly qualified, kind and genuine carpenter, who was a pleasure to have in my home. I initially got in contact with James to build me a ladder up into my loft area which he made to a very high standard. For safety James then rebuilt the roof to my storage area to ensure my safety. I highly recommend him and know that I will be in contact with him for future projects. Thanks James. 🙏

James did an excellent job with the carpentry work. He was reliable, easy to deal with, and clearly takes pride in his workmanship. Everything was completed to a high standard, on time, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout the process and the end result was exactly what I was after.
