When I reached out to James, he explained everything with impressive knowledge and clear recommendations, which was incredibly valuable given my limited knowledge in this area. Throughout the work, James and his team went above and beyond to ensure the outcome was exactly what I hoped for. Their attention to detail was second to none, and the cherry on top was trimming the trees while replacing the gutter — it wasn’t part of the job and it wasn’t easy but they did it anyway, setting things up properly and showing genuine care. I don’t often leave reviews, but this one is a big shout-out to their kindness, commitment, and dedication. I’ve already recommended James and his team to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for builders for renovation, maintenance, or new projects. I am rarely surprised by people. But I have to say James and his boys have surprised me and humbled me with their work and kindness.
