The renovation on my 1910 Edwardian home was absolutely beautiful. I embarked on this as on my own and really needed a builder who would help me through the process. I could not have been happier with David, Mark and the team who gave me ideas along the way and accommodated the changes I made too. Their work is meticulous and to a very high standard, including the clean up along the way and was completed within the time frame, which is very important. Anything which needed changing was considered, discussed. and completed efficiently and pleasantly. The whole team were a delight to have in the house and I missed them all when they left!

We are delighted we found David, Mark and all the team at DPV Construction for our renovation. They are personable, highly competent, professional, and wonderful to work with. The antithesis of the horror stories you hear about some builders. Even when a shortcut option was sometimes available for a difficult or time-consuming task, and we may have been OK with this option, David and Mark's direction to the team was always to do the job properly. And this was on a fixed price job, not to generate further income; they just want to do a great job. David's communication with us was strong; he spent quality time talking through his quotation, he ran all options past us as work progressed, and he kept us regularly updated on progress and spend for the variations we requested. He and the team also worked around our family well, given we did not relocate. The sub-contractors David recommended and employed were also first-class. We would choose to work with DPV again without hesitation, and highly recommend David and the team for anyone in Melbourne thinking about renovating.

David and his team did excellent work repairing a wall and installing drainage to prevent our garage from flooding. The work was completed to the highest standard and seamlessly blended in with the rest of the house. All communication was clear, and everyone on site was professional at all times. We highly recommend DPV Construction.

We were relieved to have found our perfect builder. The written quote and drawings were presented in a way we could understand. The workmanship from David is outstanding and we recommend him highly after watching him work on our substantial bathroom renovation and again repairs to the outside of our home. David took pictures to document his work when we were not able to view the results ourselves due to our accessibility.

David and his team at DPV did a terrific job with our small renovation project. DPV were attentive, considerate, informative and completely professional in the way they went about the work. Not to mention an exceptionally high quality of finish and fastidious cleaning regime during and on completion of the works. Even the pressure of a last minute deadline did not faze them as they happily completed the works to meet our request. We have no hesitation in recommending DPV.

DPV did an excellent job for us repairing and replacing our weather boards in preparation for painting. They also repaired the woodwork on a couple of windows to address rain damage and to help prevent further leaks. Their work was of such good quality our painters commented on the high standard of preparation of the wood, making their job much easier. DPV were great to deal with, very responsive, hard working and completely reliable. We will use them again if needed and highly recommend them.
