Recently hired Bespoke Projects to help rip out the old carpet in my home and expose the timber flooring underneath, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From the very start, Adam was honest, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Not only did they do a great job with the flooring, but they also went above and beyond by helping me organise other trades to complete the project smoothly. It made a big difference having someone I could trust to get things done properly. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality work and someone who genuinely cares about the outcome!

Adam from Bespoke Projects Victoria identified a major issue with the front entrance porch of our house, it could have collapsed in the state it was in due to the foundations of the posts failing due to age and ground movement. We engaged Adam to rectify the issue and were extremely satisfied with his communication, collaboration with us and the quality of his work. Adam propped our porch up to ensure safety, then removed the damaged brick work and posts, replaced with new posts and concrete footings. We were provided with various options, suggestions and guidance. Adam was also happy to make changes as we went to suit what we wanted. The work was completed within timeframe indicated also within budget indicated and exceeded our expectations in terms of the finished job. We would highly recommend and be happy to work with again.

We chose bespoke projects Victoria to build us a deck. What began as a deck turned into yard transformation. Very pleased with the end result as well as the process. Adam made the process easy. Made us feel comfortable asking questions and advised pros and cons with different approaches as well as helping us make decisions on things we hadn't even considered but would have an impact in the long term. Adam was fantastic to deal with from the outset of the project. His communication, punctuality, knowledge and problem solving ability were top notch. Throughout the project he had great ideas on how we could improve our frontage and we are so glad we listened. He really took the stress out of the renovations. Adam was very professional across our entire project. He was always well presented, on time and communicated well. He was very clear with us in the planning stage about costs and pointed us in the right direction about materials and design.
