We recently engaged Ralph Copeland from The Crafted Timber Company to complete two full bathroom demo and rebuilds (our main bathroom and ensuite), a complete kitchen gut and new installation, as well as additional work throughout the home, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, Ralph demonstrated a genuinely consultative and caring approach. He took the time to understand how we use our spaces, offered thoughtful advice without being pushy, and guided us through each decision with patience and clarity. His communication was excellent throughout the build, and it was clear he genuinely cared about both the process and the end result. Ralph’s trades were exceptionally well managed. They were courteous, punctual, and respectful of our home. Despite the scale of the demolition and build phases, the site was kept as clean and organised as possible at all times, which made a big difference to us while living through the works. The finished results speak for themselves. Both bathrooms and the kitchen look incredible. High-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a cohesive, considered finish across all three spaces. In addition, Ralph organised the installation of a new double-glazed sliding door in our home office, which now overlooks the pool and has completely transformed the room with natural light and stunning views. The new floorboards installed in this space have further elevated the room and tied everything together beautifully. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Ralph and The Crafted Timber Company delivered not only outstanding craftsmanship, but also a level of care, professionalism, and trust that is rare to find. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a renovation or build.

We would and will absolutely be using Ralph (and Rhys) for future building work! They recently installed some new double glazed windows on all of our bedrooms, they're great company to have around as well, polite and didn't mind our toddler "helping"! The double glazed windows have made a huge and very noticeable difference to the warmth staying in our home through winter and to the kids not waking through the night!! (Less outside noise) the very first night we had them installed we all had the best sleep we've had in a long time.

I was extremely happy with the work the Crafted Timber and Building Co did for me. I had very extensive renovations done on my 1911 built home and The Crafted Timber and Building Co were engaged to do all the work. They were fabulous. The main brief was to completely revamp the interior of the house with a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry but because my house was very old a lot of additional work was also included to restore the house fully. Nothing was too hard for Ralph and his team. If any problems were encountered ( and with an old house like mine there are many!) there was always a perfect solution that worked so well. It was great working with Ralph who always available , outlining the day’s and weeks work to me and keeping in constant communication with me with progress reports etc . I always felt like I was in very experienced and capable hands the whole way through which gave me great peace of mind. The team arrived promptly each day , worked extremely well together ( they must all be friends they got on so well together!) and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would be very happy to recommend this company to anyone considering renovations or extensions to their home The high quality of work and the level of genuine care and craftsmanship was outstanding. Thankyou Crafted Timber and Building Company for doing such a great job. .
