Wow I don’t even know where to begin! First of all, Jenny and I would like to Thank Alexei & Tim from the bottom of our hearts. Levalex just completed our extension + renovation comprising of a new living area, mudroom (new back entrance), a new additional bathroom, a new kitchen, an alfresco, removal of an existing walls, the conversion of a kitchen into a dining area, a laundry into a butler pantry, all the electrical and plumbing work required, the leveling the floor and installed hybrid flooring, etc. We contacted about 10 builders in total but in general we found it difficult to find a builder who was interested or provided a quote within our budget. Luckily, we found Levalex and they were brilliant! They were the only one would came to our house and did a free quote. The first quote was over our budget; however we were really appreciated they were willing to make some adjustments to fit in our budget. From the first time we met them, they were professional, reliable and courteous. They really understand building, are good at explaining the process involved, and took care of everything including dealing with the Council. Both Alexei and Tim have extensive experience and, in addition, Alexei is a qualified civil engineer. Levalex were professional and easy to do with throughout the entire process, including good communication about when the job would start, who was doing what and when, and also involving us in decision making where needed. They delivered exactly what they said they would but they were also flexible when we wanted some changes. For our new kitchen and bathroom, rather than being given a handful of options to choose from, which is what usually happens when you go to a standard kitchen/bathroom retailer, we were able to choose exactly what we wanted; stone, cabinet colours and style, tapeware. We bought our own kitchen sink, kitchen appliances and electric toilet, they were also happy to install them for us. We were living in the house during the extension/renovation. Both Alexei and Tim made this a relatively pain-free experience for us. They also only work with excellent, professional and courteous tradesmen. Everyone was polite, helpful, friendly and every day they cleaned up and left the site tidy. Some of Levalex's equipment that we allowed to be stored in our backyard was always well contained, respecting the fact it was still our home. The work proceeded in a timely manner with all subcontractors turning up as needed. They are expert and completely trustworthy. I am very happy with the result! The finished product has exceeded our expectations and everyone who has visited can't believe how the house has been transformed. Alexi, and the boys did an amazing job, they pushed out the back of our little house and made a amazing open plan living area. New kichen, bathroom, dinning and lounge area. Compleatly changed the look our our home creating so much more space for our growing family. My kids enjoyed having the builders around and they loved observing the dayley progress. ALEXI HAS AN EYE FOR PERFECTION - witch shines through his work.

I engaged Levalex on a reasonably sized maintenance/re-build project for a street facing enclosed balcony where water had gotten in over time and deteriorated the internal structure. After opening the structure for visual inspection, it was clear that the issue was somewhat urgent as a good portion of the structure was failing and, in all likelihood, presenting a safety hazard. I had already gotten Levalex to take a look at the project about 12 months prior and at the time I kicked the can down the road, but this time there was no choice to do that. Given the new found urgency offered Levalex money to come and look a second time. They came, but they didn't take any money even though they had already been out before. In deciding on Levalex I had contacted approximately a dozen or so builders in total and had obtained quotes from two others, but in general I found it difficult to find a builder who was interested (including the original builder who didn't want to know about the fact their build had performed so poorly - at least in so far as this external structure is concerned). Levalex was genuinely interested in doing the job and in doing it properly. I got a good vibe in general compared to all the other builders I contacted and so decided to give them a try. Given the nature of the potential safety hazard Levalex was still able to schedule my job relatively quickly, noting that the job was somewhat urgent (albeit only due to delays of my own making). Having just finished a full house build at another location with another builder, and after not having the best of experiences, I was somewhat nervous and skeptical of how things were going to turn out, but I really shouldn't have been concerned since Levalex were professional and easy to do with throughout the entire process, including for the most part good communication about when the job would start, who was doing what and when, and also involving me in decision making where needed. The other builder that I engaged is virtually impossible to communicate with, so Levalex is leaps and bounds ahead in that regard. I was very impressed with the quality of the structural work undertaken by Levalex. Given that this project was in essence a re-build (same design), Levalex ensured that where possible, the design was strengthened compared to the previous design. For example, the main structural beam size was increased, which was a good idea given that the original beam had sagged slightly over the 25 years since it was first installed. All other structural work was done over and above standard compared to the previous to ensure the integrity of the structure. Levalex also ensured that the structure was properly water-proofed (the previous design had water-proofing specified, but it appeared that it was never installed) and given my paranoia about this particular aspect of the re-build, Levalex was able to put my mind at rest that no repeat occurrence of water getting in will ever happen. The final product from the street looks the same as the original, but internally I know it's significantly improved, and due to the better internal drainage, it looks better up close without some crude gutter system in place, getting full of dirt and other gunk. In terms of the Levalex team; they were great. Everyone was polite, helpful, friendly and every day they cleaned up and left the site tidy (which was handy because we were still living in it!). Some of Levalex's equipment that we allowed to be stored in our garage was always well contained, respecting the fact it was still our garage. All up, I'm really grateful to Levalex, firstly for taking on this project, but secondly for doing such a great job on it. I had been dreading the project for quite some time (I knew there were issues as long as 10 years ago) and even had nightmares about it. Levalex has not only solved the problem, but they have reduced my stress levels significantly!

Levalex are phenomenal builders. They are professional, detailed, reliable and diligent. Our kitchen required renovation after a serious of unfortunate events which caused water and mould damage, then the oven malfunctioned. The entire kitchen area was extended which required engineering and significant work; a wall was removed and rebuilt. Rather than being given a handful of options to choose from, which is what usually happens when you go to a standard kitchen retailer, we were able to choose exactly what we wanted; stone, cabinet colours and style, and handles. The result is a beautiful, quality, forever kitchen.

Couple years ago we decided to renovate the ensuite in our house. We chose Levalex and never be sorry for this. The quote was reasonably good and we had an excellent job for this money. All staff of company was very professional, everything done up to date. And when we needed to renovate our big bathroom, we without doubt invited Levalex again. And again, we were happy with the prompt profession job of constructer, electrician, tiler and other members of the company that had been involved in the project. So, we can highly recommend Levalex Pty to get the job done.

I recently had an additional room put in my home by Levalex. We have been thankful for their workmanship, honesty and professionalism. As a busy family that has kids and a dog in and out of the house all day, they were a delight to have around. I appreciated the level of communication throughout the project too. Would recommend!
