Shannon and his team did an excellent job on our deck stairs and door replacement, on a really difficult site, and worked with us to resolve some complex height issues within the budget to achieve a fantastic result. Highly recommended! We had a challenging maintenance project on our deck that sits suspended over a pond, and I can’t say enough good things about Shannon! From initial quote to finish, he was professional, attentive, and skillful. The deck was in bad shape, and we were concerned about the complexity of the work given its tricky location. However Adelaide Carpentry Co handled every aspect with ease and expertise. Shannon’s attention to detail and respect for our property was great. He is also incredibly respectful to ladies - I never felt less than in the process which is a notable difference in my experience with trades, a highly valued upside! Not only did Shannon restore the deck to a stable, safe, and beautiful condition but also made sure to keep the pond area undisturbed and clean throughout the project. Communication was smooth, timelines were met, and the final result truly exceeded our expectations. He was honest and from start to finish (quotes, work required) and cared about the property (flagging plumbing issues he didn’t need to). Adelaide carpentry have just finished a deck for me. It was made from composite material ,Ekodeck. It wasn’t the easiest space as there were lots of different angles and corners to fill but I must say the quality of the workmanship done by the crew is unbelievable.
