Adam and crew at Rimu always help out with any Reno ideas we have. Always completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Wouldn’t use anyone else but Rimu for anything. I can’t speak highly enough of Adam, Jayden and Ryan from Rimu Builders ❤️ I could rave for ages about their awesomeness, but won’t lol. From first contact for a “small” job to last contact after renovating two bathrooms for me, they were excellent. I first engaged them to replace my cyclone damaged fascia before asking them to take on the bigger job of renovating my bathrooms. The communication, care and attention to detail they showed doing that small, probably considered “crappy” job with the fascia is what made me trust them with a such huge investment in the bathrooms. They were so understanding of my fear of making a poor decision on such a large investment in renovations! One of the deals we made outside of the quoted contract was that they wouldn’t let me choose something that would look terrible. I lost count of the amount of times I asked “what would you do in your house?” when faced with just about every decision. They didn’t care how many times I popped my head in to tell them how excited I was, they patiently answered a million questions about colours, tile choices and even hinges lol They also helped me sort a door handle fiasco that I couldn’t figure out (a fiasco from my doing that nearly made me cry 😂😂😂). They worked around a client that made doors magically disappear at inconvenient times 😆, a dog who had to say good morning every day and thought he owned the place, a toddler who just wanted to watch the fellas work and a newborn bubba entering the scene mid-project. I am already in discussions about them doing the main toilet, the kitchen and replacing all of our door frames (found out none of our doorframes are even close to square so have to get that sorted before the the new doors we bought can go on). Compared to what I see other people paying for similar (or less) work - their prices are amazing and definitely value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to engage a quality builder who can deliver top notch outcomes!
