We were very happy with the building services from Michael. He was very good in understanding our needs and developing a plan. He communicated very well throughout the process and accommodated our time limitations. The sub contractors were all good and seem to have a good idea of our renovation requirements. We had a playroom built by Michael and his team, they did a wonderful job from start to finish. Clear and consistent communication, followed by exemplary work. I have never had a builder leave such a clean space at the end of each day! We will definitely use Michael and his team for all our future building projects.

After cyclone Alfred, I had water damage in the spare room, I contacted m.ewald BUILDING to come and inspect my roof and how the water had got in. Michael found the gable was the culprit and I subsequently engaged his company to do the required repairs. I couldn't have been happier with the work Les and Jigon did. They were so professional and polite. We have had some very heavy rain since that time, and I am very happy to say that I have had no further problems. Highly recommend for renovations big or small. We had our home transformed by m.Ewald team in less than 3 months. It was initially a daunting process however Michael put as at ease by taking us through each process and keeping excellent communication throughout the project. We had the whole 4 bed home gutted out and extended, the workmanship has been at high standard. What was important for us is to work with a builder that not only we trusted but someone that was flexible and had strong ability to overcome challenges within budget constraints. Very happy and will use again.

We used M.Ewald Building for a significant renovation to our upstairs, including a complete remodel of the floorplan and the relocation of a kitchen. Michael and the team were great to deal with. Always on time. Communicated well and were respectful and tidy on site. Importantly, when problems arose (as is going to happen with building), were upfront and solution focused. We're really happy with the result.

We hired Michael and his amazing team to transform our old Queenslander, which was riddled with issues inc asbestos, lead paint and sinking posts to mention a few. This was a top to bottom transformation and took 15 months -This process can be so daunting and having the right Builder makes all the difference. A special shout out to Michael, Logan, Luke and countless team members - who were our BFFs over these trying 15 months! We were advised of issues and workable cost effective solutions quickly, and we never felt abandoned during the most challenging times. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hard-working, and high performing team. We really appreciated that they understood they had our family’s future in their hands and they did not let us down one bit.
