Great experience from Sam. His communication was constant and prompt in any of emails, phone calls and text messages. All work with his team was done to a great professional standard. Sam and all the team were polite and considerate to talk with. The whole job appeared to go smooth and was timely for us. The roof repair, replacement, and under ceiling upgrades we are very happy with. Through the whole job we knew why things were still remaining and what to expect next. Sam (and team) did a wonderful job replacing/ supporting the house subfloor. A job I struggled to find someone to do. Not a fun job in a small crawl space! Additionally I was very happy with the quote process and found the pricing to be very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

Sam has been exceptional. Great communications, his team are always on time, cleaned up after themselves and I loved that he was very particular on the standard of build he would accept. I learned a lot as he assisted me in bringing a vision to life, and he highlighted a number of better ways to do things in my build based on his experience - which as a first-time builder/renovator I very much appreciated. I really can't say enough nice things about him and his team, if you want a builder in the Yass area, he is your guy.

From the minute we engaged Sam for a quote, to the final day of completion we received nothing first class service. The one thing we appreciated the most was the very strong communication between him and us. We always had an update at the end of each day, and we’re always informed what the plan was for the following day. We also loved that he didn’t have too many jobs happening at once and we had his full focus and attention on our project at all times. This allows us to always be prepared for what was happening, and it also allowed us to stay on top of what’s being completed and what invoices were coming our way throughout the stages. We Absolutely loved That a lot of thought and common sense was applied to our project, and that if any adjustments were needed to ensure it was better suited for a better outcome long term that we were liaised first and explained the reasons behind it. He accepted that changes will be made and just made things happen. All Our finishes were first class and we couldn’t be happier. Sam worked very closely with My Wife on the project, and he made her feel very comfortable and confident in what she was hoping for and he was very accommodating to her hourly and Daily changes ha ha, and this just made the process such a pleasure. We highly recommend Sam and his team, and we will be using these guys for any future projects
