  Jason and Sarah from S & I Constructions built our dream home for us in 2019. From start to finish they were professional, easy to talk to, very organised, efficient, cost effective and high quality. They listened to our ideas and offered cost effective solutions to our build. The workmanship was high end without the massive price tag. The trades people that Jason uses are local, on time, polite and high quality. Not once during the build did we get stressed or worried and our beautiful home was completed on time and even under budget. We cannot recommend them highly enough.   We've used S&I Constructions a couple of times now, they converted a garage space into an office for us and also built a side deck on our house. The team are always professional, friendly, easy to deal with and their workmanship is top quality! They took the time to understand what we wanted and had no problems answering our questions. We are really happy with the work they have done for us! Definitely will use them again and would recommend them to anyone else!
