  I did rebuild my timber balcony with Fair Built Carpentry recently, September 2025 and I couldn't be happier with their professional and quality work ethic. Fair Built Carpentry is not just a licenced builder but they build to the latest Australian standards to achieve the highest quality and safety, to this extend when my balcony rebuilding was complete, I was able to obtain the Structural Engineering Certificate which required by laws in NSW. Also the bacony was built and delivered within the time frame agreed up front at the time of quote. I have no hesitation to recommend Fair Build Carpentry to everyone. Whether you renovate your kitchen, bathroom, bed room or balcony like mine you won't be disappointed with their work, price wise or quality.

  We used Fair Built Carpentry at our apartment block in Edgecliff and are extremely happy with the quality of their work, their reliability, their professional friendly manner and clean-up. The small dilapidated pathway roof between two buildings needed a better design that not only provided cover, but good water drainage. The design they came up with was better than we could have imagined, allowing more light and airflow between the buildings and it looks nice. They then came back and adjusted the water flow when I called them after it rained heavily, which was terrific. I'd highly recommend them.

  I did my renovations with Fair Built Carpentry mid 2021 and I couldn't be happy with their honesty and work ethic. I was given a time from of 5 weeks which included kitchen renovations, replacing my decking and renewing my bathroom appliances, they were efficient and delivered results with the given timeframe. Since the renovations. I've suggested getting renovations done with FBC to everyone I know. Their professionalism and delicacy with the job really shows throughout their work. I highly recommend getting in contact with FBC and getting a quote, you will not regret it!

  Mick acknowledged my emergency call to replace a rotted timber load bearing post which had started to move. He was out that afternoon jacking up the porch awnings for safety and returned the next morning to complete the installation. A brilliant professional job done. Very nice and kind man who I would recommend to anyone requiring a first class carpenter.
