Evantage Building

Evan and his fantastic team did a big renovation for my husband and I. We could not recommend them more highly. Evan is not only a very good high quality builder but he is so easy to communicate with and he and all of his team want to listen to your requests so they can build your dream home. Plus Evan also has very good taste and he recommended some cool design ideas that we did use. They did have to tackle some tricky jobs at our house. They did this without complaining and they even fixed a leak that we had on an upstairs balcony. We have not had to ask them back to fix anything. They did everything perfectly the first time. Plus Evan and the guys are so polite, fun and friendly. You will not regret using them.

We engaged Evan and his Evanatage construction team to do our high spec renovation at Clontarf. This included demolition of various walls, an extension, new kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and complete fit out of windows, floors, etc. barely a surface wasn't renewed. Right through the project, Evan was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated a high attention to detail, kept to our budget, made great suggestions and most importantly, led the project whilst always being on site, managing all trades and ensuring the site was kept orderly and clean. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Evantage to anyone considering doing a building project.

We used Evan and Tim for our studio fit out and the work they did went above anything we could have imagined. They were professional, tidy, easy to communicate and work with. Evan’s knowledge helped turn what we had on paper and in our heads into magic and exactly what we wanted to achieve and more. I would use Evantage building again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone wanting any building work.

Jill and I are delighted with quality and finish of our home in Collaroy which Evan his Team built It was built on time and to our Budget completed April 2021 Evan was always open to suggestions and discussions and nothing was too much trouble The Build consisted of a near demolition of the existing old red brick small home and garage Replace with modern high ceilings open plan taking in the ocean views Full brick and lots of glass opening to large patio and pool Evan construction skills completed all civil and carpentry areas with high quality Completely large retaining walls etc Solid timber floors and sandstone fireplace Overall we could not be more happy

I have known Evan for many years, beginning when he was in the team that built two houses for us about a decade ago. He was an outstanding member of that team and not surprisingly, has since moved onto running his own building business. I did not hesitate to ask Evan to do some follow repairs for us recently, some of which was quite complicated and technically difficult. Evan and his team were exemplary. His building skills, outstanding communication and bright personality make him an excellent choice for any building project - large or small.
