We have used Chris from Nique Building for a number of projects including Wainscoting throughout the house and the construction of an outdoor bbq and kitchen. Highly recommend his work, it is of high quality, Chris is very reliable and is well priced.

Chris and the Nique team have recently finished a full bathroom renovation including removal of rotten flooring from drainage issues and a new front deck for us.. Nothing is a problem for Chris, he goes above and beyond to get the job done. Chris assisted us to get out house ready for sale. He worked hard to get the job finished in the short time frame we had. He organised other trades where needed and was always accommodating when I would ask if we could add or change things here and there (that happened a bit). Chris has fantastic attention to detail and all his finishes are of an outstanding level. He also always has a smile and a positive attitude. We knew we were in great hands and are confident in the fantastic job he did. We will certainly use Chris' services in the future should we need any building works.
