We recently had the pleasure of working with Mark & Sam at AusPom Projects. We did a full house renovation of 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen (including the removal of a wall) and laundry. It was a fantastic experience working with AusPom. Mark's organisation and attention to detail was incredible. The subcontractors he brought it maintained the level of quality, cleanliness and service that Mark expects. Everyone showed up on time and completed all works on time with a high level of work. Anything we asked was not a problem and Mark was so easy to deal with and managed the whole project (5 months) like clockwork. We couldn't be happier with the end results. Thanks Mark!

We would never say Mark Davies is just a tradesman. He is a craftsman. A master craftsman. Mark did a significant renovation at the back of our home; removing a 40 year old sub-standard extension to the original house, consisting of a bedroom and small family room with a storage area underneath. He built a new bedroom, bathroom and storeroom plus a larger family room together with a new kitchen. We chose Mark because of the glowing references received from some of his other clients – and found their recommendations to be absolutely true. It wouldn’t be overstating it to say our project had a few challenges (Mark will probably never forget our project)! Apart from the pandemic and associated lockdowns, delays and material shortages, many other challenges kept arising as the old structure was demolished. Mark worked through each one to create viable solutions. He is a patient and meticulous problem solver. He is fastidious in his attention to detail – a perfectionist who ensured every other sub-contractor delivered the highest standards. Time and again when different contractors came on-site they commented about the high quality of his work. We have no hesitation in recommending Mark and the AusPom team (shout-out to Sam and the other contractors). If you are looking for a master craftsman to create your project, then look no further. I highly recommend using Mark and his team for your building works. We had a relatively smallish job of a new internal wall build with door and fit-out inside and we are thrilled with the result – a new walk in linen/storage room.
