I rang Jake for a quote for new installation of laundry cupboards and bench stone top as was doing full renovations. I was impressed with not only the price quoted but the quick response time to come and discuss layout, measure and quote. Jake was a delight to liaise with. He listened, gave ideas, was professional with a very calming influence making the renovations process, dare I say it, somewhat fun and I was keen to see the finished products. I had a little hiccup with a drip from some cornice glue leaving a mark on one new cupboard door. Also some issues with the stone mason company, however Jake went above and beyond to resolve both issues. Because of this professionalism,taking pride in his work, price quoted and being very easy to communicate with I have now asked Jake to renew all my doors in the hallway pantry and a big linen press (6 doors in total, floor to ceiling). This company is very deserving of their 5 stars and totally recommend them.

I had new built in cupboards in my laundry and a new pantry designed, built and intalled by Kitchensby JBC. I was impressed by Jake's professionalism, his communication and ultimately the quality of the finished product. From his first home visit to measure the site, Jake was always available to answer any questions and to tweak the design at my request. I am thrilled with the final result.
