Ryan and the team at Custom Built CabinetMakers are absolutely outstanding. As a family-owned business, they bring not only exceptional craftsmanship but also genuine kindness, care, and integrity to every step of the process. From the very first conversation, Ryan made everything so easy — nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure I felt heard and supported. The workmanship is simply incredible — every cabinet is beautifully designed, perfectly fitted, and built to last. The combination of professionalism, creativity, and personal attention is something you just don’t find every day. It’s rare to meet people who are both highly skilled and truly kind, and that’s exactly what Ryan and his team deliver. I couldn’t recommend this family business more highly, and I will continue to have Ryan design more cabinets for my home. A genuine five-star experience from start to finish!

They take “custom” built to a whole new level! From the moment I first met with Ryan and Kayte, I knew they were just as passionate as I was about creating the perfect kitchen and butlers pantry for our family. Our kitchen and butlers pantry were part of an extensive renovation. There were a number of delays in the renovation but the team at custom built were able to accomodate all the schedule changes, which relived a lot of stress for us. Attention to detail from design to installation was impeccable! Both Ryan and Kayte constantly scrutinised the design and plans to improve and add personal touches, many things I hadn’t even thought of! The end result - above and beyond what we had ever imagined, and everyone that walks into our space are blown away! They have given our family a truly beautiful, incredibly functional space that we will enjoy for many years to come!

From our first meeting at CBCM, we knew our bathroom vanity renovation was in very safe hands. Ryan was able to effectively translate our vision into practicality. When we encountered a challenge, it was addressed with creativity and speed. The communication by Kayte and Anna was first class, and we were kept informed at every step. The installation team was punctual, courteous, tidy and expert. Can't ask for more than that. We are thrilled with the outcome and the transformation of our bathrooms. While I'm sure our job was on the smaller side for CBCM, we always felt like their most important client. We will use CBCM for future projects and highly recommend the team for cabinetry and broader renovation requirements.

Ryan and Kayte are an amazing duo. From the start they have both been easy to contact and have listened to our needs and wants, also managed to keep within our budget. Thank you to Kayte who personally sat down and spent unlimited time with me to help me decide on colours for my new kitchen and used her design expertise to guide me in the right direction. Ryan and His workers were respectful, professional and very attentive. Thank you so much to Rory who did the most amazing job. I'm so happy with everything! Thank you again!

We had our kitchen done by Custom Built Cabinet Makers and they were fantastic. At the start I had no vision of what I wanted my kitchen to look like, but I knew I wanted it to be modern and make use of the space that we had. Ryan and Kayte were so helpful in designing and creating that vision and I just love how it has turned out. Kayte went out of her way to make sure she helped us in every aspect, from materials, colour scheme and appliances. She really made time to go with us, making sure that we were given plenty of options and we were 110%happy with everything we chose. Most companies don't offer this kind of prestige service, but they actually do care and love what they do. Ryan was amazing. When he said to us he can make it happen, that was an understatement. The lengths he went to just to get our stone bench and and appliances to the second floor to our kitchen was pretty unbelievable. And ofcourse, I can't leave out the rest of team....who were all respectful of our home, very well mannered and very hard working. We would like to thank you guys again for the excellent work you have done for us and we would highly recommend the workmanship, quality and great service that you provide....Keep doing the amazing work you do!
