Tod and his team did the most amazing job on our foyer and butlers pantry. They were very professional and they used the highest quality materials. This is the second time using them after they did our study I couldn't recommend them more. We will use them again in our next build.

Wow! We are absolutely delighted with the quality of craftsmanship from this organization. From start to finish Todd and his team worked effortlessly to ensure our vision for our home was designed and created to exacting standards. We met with Hilary Ward the designer who listened to our concept ideas and totally got it. She represents an industry where creative thinking can be channeled by current trends but Hilary has such a wealth of knowledge and just knows how to make something unique and special. Ben Andrews was our project manager. Ben was on call at all hours to deal with even the most minor queries. He was a great facilitator during the construction process and can simply organise anything! A real go to guy. Scotty was amazing. Boy can this man think on his feet. Absolutely nothing was an issue to him. He just always had a solution. The entire production team were AMAZING! The delivery guys, so considerate and polite, again, nothing was a problem and how they managed to carry in those units navigating awkward corners and a nosy Great Dane was fantastic. Great lads and thank you for being so good with Walter. Finally, the quality of the work carried out by the sub contractors that you organised was simply first class. To say we are happy is an understatement. Every day our remodelled home still gives us the WOW FACTOR that we were looking for. You have transformed a boring rectangular room into a work of art. Thank you everyone for your time, expertise and first class work ethic. We are delighted with the finished product.

We completed a kitchen renovation with Urban Kitchens. Definitely a five star rating. These guys were amazing. Even with a few hiccups along the way which is normal Urban Kitchens went above and beyond to make things 100%. I had the opportunity of choosing my woodgrain for my kitchen which made me feel more confident about the overall look. Hilary was fantastic at helping me choose aspects of the kitchen, she knew exactly what would look perfect with our mid century modern kitchen. The design has been a huge improvement, we love cooking and even cleaning up in the kitchen. We have so much more bench space and cupboard space. Ben and his team were hands down a great bunch of people to have in my home. Ben was on top of everything that was going on and his visits to make sure everything was going smoothly was reassuring.

Nothing was a problem. From the design phase to the construction and fit-out, everything was communicated clearly and ran efficiently. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. We very much appreciated the help of Hilary, their kitchen designer. She came up with some great ideas and gave us the confidence in realising our vision. We worked closely with her to come up with the best design to suit our needs and the existing space. When the time came for the install, everything ran like clock work. The project manager, Ben, was very attentive and punctual, keeping us informed every step of the way. It was very clear to us that Urban Kitchens are a great team and use the best tradespeople. We bought our investment unit with the intention to do some basic renovations but we then decided it needed more work as it was still in original condition from build (circa 17 years ago). This was to include completing gutting the bathroom as we had decided to take out the bath and install a shower. Our designer drew up some concept ideas and put us in touch with Urban Kitchens and Joinery. Justin Christie was the project manager who met with me to discuss the plans, schedule and budget. From my first meeting with Justin I knew he was going to be the right person to manage our renovation. He was professional, listened to my concerns and provided valued feedback on what would work best for our project. Justin took care of all of the council and body corporate requirements and the project not only commenced and finished as per the timeline provided but was completed to the highest standards. The total project used multiple trades and I was amazed at how it all went so smoothly. Painters, cabinet makers, tilers, electricians, plumbers, water proofers, flooring specialists and more all worked side by side and in line with the schedule. Through the course of the renovation Justin continually communicated the steps and discussed further opportunities for a better outcome. He was on site daily managing trades, receiving deliveries, inspecting the works and keeping the building management informed of progress. He was held in the highest regard by building management due to his professional and respectful approach at all times and his commitment to working within the body corp by laws. Having done 3 renovations in the last 2 years this was my best experience as Justin made sure that I had a stress free renovation as he took control of every step in the project. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and his honesty, integrity and commitment were amazing. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect of a project manager for a renovation. He coped with the many challenges that a renovation in a unit complex with limited access provided and he always had a smile and didn’t see anything as an issue that couldn’t be sorted. The unit was completed a week earlier than expected and in time for my family to visit for Easter and on arrival they were astounded with the amount and quality of work that had happened in the renovation project. We are so happy with the renovation and cannot thank Justin and Urban Kitchens and Joinery enough for everything they did to make this project happen. Thanks heaps Justin!
