We are thrilled with our new kitchen from Kitchen Builders Queensland. Paul took the time to understand what we wanted/needed and provided excellent advice and a quality product. Paul and Michelle were great to work with, as were their crew of trades. We highly recommend KBQ to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We could not be any more happier with the end result of our shiny new kitchen!!! Michelle and Paul (KBQ) were so professional, friendly, helpful and organised in the designing, planning and construction of our kitchen. And their wonderful team of Tradies who displayed such care in carrying out the works and were Always on-time for the job were also a pleasure to deal with. Paul was so easy to work with. He understood exactly what we wanted in the design and was so helpful in tweaking it into perfection and sharing his creativity to bring it into reality. His passion for perfection, eye for detail and fastidiousness show in the end result. He even showed such ingenuity along with the "stone" guys in orgastrating and positioning a massive one "T" shaped piece of stone from cupboard to floor as our splash back, which was a feat in itself but fitted perfectly and looks fantastic. Michelle's organisational skills to have all the tradies coming and going and flowing harmoniously was also a credit to her. It made for a very quick, easy and smooth transition from start to finish. The Communication from both Michelle and Paul and the Tradies were fantastic. They always rang to let us know where they were at and kept us in the loop with everything regarding the kitchen, schedule and appointments and so on. Even the delivery guys, whom delivered our kitchen cabinets remarked that out of all the kitchen companies that they deliver for, KBQ were the only kitchen company who seemed to know what they were doing and always organised. Hearing positive comments like that only further reinforced our decision in hiring KBQ for the job. We are stoked with our new kitchen and the service we got from Paul, Michelle and the Tradies, Anthony, Andrew, Dan and Kevin. We just love our kitchen. Paul and Michelle are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Paul was friendly and so helpful in planning our kitchen. He thinks outside the box and our final plan is perfect for our house. Michelle provides a comprehensive timing schedule with dates and contact details for all trades. Michelle also contacted us regularly to advise times that different trades would be arriving. We decided to replace our floor during the kitchen renovation (including bedrooms) and the KBQ team were very patient and helpful in working the kitchen project around the flooring project. I also have to mention how fabulous the tradespeople were engaged by KBQ. All tradies were polite, professional, friendly and always on time. My husband Les and I would highly recommend Kitchen Builders Queensland to anyone who want a quality, well managed and trouble free kitchen project. From my first phone call to Michelle our experience with KBQ was professional and friendly. Michelle asked all the right questions so that when Paul arrived for our first consultation he already had a pretty good idea of what we were after. The team of trades were all on time and their workmanship is fantastic. Our old pink kitchen has been transformed into our dream kitchen with minimum fuss and no stress thanks to Paul & Michelle. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen reno, small or large.

We had the pleasure of having KBQ install our shiny new kitchen in November. We were very impressed with Paul from the time of the initial quote. Paul was very friendly, but professional. He is a builder so was quick to make an accurate assessment of any structural issues as well as work with some of the ideas we had. Some of which required lateral thinking! Michelle was super organised and provided an easy to follow schedule which included names and phone numbers of the tradies. This plan was followed to the letter. All of the tradies, without exception, were friendly, efficient and on time. The lovely Michelle made sure everything ran smoothly and even worked with me to ensure I was able to get some day time sleep as I work night duty. Paul provided us with names of places to source materials. Any issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss. The kitchen was finished precisely on time and we couldn't be happier with the result.

We contacted Kitchen Builders Queensland (KBQ) via a friend’s recommendation, and we are so glad we did. They are a local, family run business. From the first contact with Paul and then Michelle and right until the end, the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally. Paul drew up our new kitchen designs and when we wanted changes, nothing was a bother. Once you’re happy with the designs, you are booked in and then the fun begins. You get a very detailed timeline of works and due dates. Communication is second to none, Paul is onsite most days and Michelle calls every day a tradie is due to confirm times. All trades turned up and on time, if not earlier! I cannot fault anything at all in the whole process with KBQ. Our kitchen is beautiful and functional, we love it so much.
