The Kitchens By Alliance team provided exceptional service. We encountered a mold problem requiring kitchen removal, and they designed and built a replacement in just six weeks. Leigh's design ideas were innovative, and the quality was superb. We are so pleased with their work that we've commissioned them to build a matching indoor BBQ area and bar. There is never a perfect building job; no matter how good a company is, there is always a problem, and the acid test is how that problem was handled. Based on our recent experience, the team at Kitchens by Alliance is second to none. Let me explain. We had two jobs: we needed to refresh our kitchen, and we needed a new vanity installed in our ensuite. Lee from Kirchens by Alliance visited our home multiple times, he listened to what we wanted, measured up and provided a quote that pleasantly surprised us. Once we accepted the quote, he was back to conduct a check measure and discuss colours, handles and a new exhaust fan. Once the quote was confirmed, we signed contracts and the work was scheduled. Be ready for the fact that they are busy and have a lot of jobs on, so we had expected a wait of 6-8 weeks for our work to commence. In the end, our Kitchen was started early and our ensuite a few weeks later, which was fine. The result is excellent. Our kitchen looks new, and our ensuite is new. The crew from Kitchens by Alliance were great, everyone who worked in our home was friendly and courteous. We are an older couple, and we were completely satisfied with our experience with their team. The only issue revolved around some minor damage to the stone benchtop in our kitchen. They immediately took responsibility for the problem and ensured it was resolved to our satisfaction. As I said up front. There will always be a problem; the acid test is how it is resolved. I could not fault their integrity or their craftsmanship. I am already recommending them to friends and will certainly use them the next time I need Kitchen or Bathroom cabinetry

Owner Leigh is a great designer and being a tradesman himself his designs are functional and practical. Great suggestions. Cabinetmaker John takes great pride in his work, is personable and reliable. Good co-ordination of all the tradesmen required to finish the job. Very happy with my new kitchen. Highly recommended.
