Moreover they do it at a fair price. Our plan was to get a couple of quotes but after the initial contact with Carol & Crystal there really was no point. We knew they would deliver a superior product ... and they did. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

I am extremely happy with my new kitchen in my self-contained unit, designed and made by Fine Design Furniture. The quality, craftsmanship, and overall finish have exceeded my expectations. The Edamame personal colour cabinetry looks modern and elegant, and the 30% satin finish provides a beautiful, smooth appearance without being overly glossy. The crystal benchtops are a standout feature — they look stunning, feel very solid, and add a luxurious touch to the kitchen. The attention to detail is excellent, from the clean lines and joins to the smart layout that makes the space both functional and visually appealing. We recently engaged Fine Design Furniture for our home renovations and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team handled the cabinetry manufacture and installation throughout our kitchen, living area and bathroom, and worked seamlessly alongside other contractors to ensure all the essential aspects of the project were completed to a high standard. Their ability to collaborate effectively with the wider trades made the whole renovation process so much smoother. What really set them apart, however, was their willingness to go above and beyond. When we needed the downstairs area to be liveable just before Christmas, they attended at short notice to make it happen — that kind of flexibility and dedication was truly appreciated and didn't go unnoticed. They also assisted with further accessory ordering and installation, taking care of those finishing touches that really brought the kitchen together. Throughout the project, communication was excellent — we were consistently updated on progress and regularly checked in to ensure we were happy every step of the way. In an industry where that level of attentiveness can be hard to come by, it made a significant difference. We recently had kitchen repairs carried out by Fine Design. While the internal cabinets were in excellent condition the clear film on the external laminate surfaces had degraded and was peeling through the effects of UV Light. Fine Design were approached and were the only firm willing to take on the job and quoted to replace all external panels. We chose to have the panels painted in white two pack paint to match door and drawer fronts which had originally (10 years prior) been two pack painted and has proved to be the most durable finish. The quality of the communication, painting and installation has been exceptional and a credit to the whole Fine Design Team. I cant recommend Fine Design Furniture highly enough. From my very first interaction, through to job completion and follow up. The customer service was outstanding from every person I dealt with. The focus was always on the customer in terms of design and scheduling. Jay and his offsider who did the install arrived on time and took ever measure to ensure that our property was protected and that they left the house and work area spotless. Friendly, polite and so very skilled. Thrilled with our unit!

From start to finish this company was fantastic, listening to our needs, budget and gave great ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great and if things went wrong as we all know they can when building a new kitchen, they were there to sort it out and put things right.
