Nothing was too hard and he took control of the whole process of the order , build and install of a Murphy bed (wall bed) which was not available locally. I’ve used Mitch from Lake Cathie Joinery for two major projects in my home, and I could not be happier with the results! In November 2023, he designed and installed my bedroom wardrobes, and then in September 2024 he helped with a complete bathroom renovation – including demolition and a lot of the carpentry work, plus creating a stunning custom vanity and mirror shaving cabinet. As a single woman and first home buyer, having tradesmen in the house can sometimes feel daunting, but Mitch was nothing but respectful, professional and easy to have around. He didn’t make me feel silly for my own lack of knowledge, instead helped me through the entire process! He’s the kind of person you instantly feel comfortable with – trustworthy and genuine. Although the bathroom carpentry work was done as a favour above and beyond his trade, Mitch still approached it with care and professionalism - a perfectionist through and through. Mitch recently completed the joinery for our laundry renovation.
