Betta Wardrobes & Shower Screens Castle Hill

𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗦 We recently decided to sell our house and needed a quick turnaround on our very dated shower screens for our bathrooms. From the moment I walked into Betta Castle Hill's showroom and spoke to the lovely lady at the desk (I can't remember her name) - I was really impressed with their service! I have no idea how they did everything in such a short time frame but they delivered! From the time Mathias came out to measure up both showers, giving advice on what would be best suited for our bathrooms, then receiving a quote that night, then with follow up phone calls from Betta on the progress of our frames being custom made, to an installation date 10 days later - Chris, the installer, was on our doorstep ready to install and did a beautiful job. It was a smooth run from start to finish and I would highly recommend their team

I just had a built-in wardrobe installed by Betta and I am totally satisfied from the beginning to the end. The sale person Mathias was very knowledgeable and explained everything after listening to what we wanted. He also redesigned the wardrobe after we changed our minds about the layout of the drawers. Then once we confirmed and paid the deposit to place the order, the turnaround time was quick. We were promised a fitter would come the following week. We were totally pleased with the workmanship of the fitter Marvin. Initially I was hesitant to go back to Betta because two years ago I had some wardrobes and a cupboard done by Betta and I was so displeased with the fitters I thought I would never go back to Betta again. I am glad I did because this time the experience was good from start to finish and the quality is truly good.

Had Marco out to quote on some custom wardrobes. Marco was friendly and listened to what we wanted and gave us some suggestions. He was able to adjust the quotes a couple of times with no fuss and in a timely manner. Sebastian came out to install the wardrobes and his communication and attention to detail could not be faulted. The wardrobe was installed with care and he ensured to keep our apartment clean while cutting and also cleaned up after himself before leaving. Really happy with the service received from Betta. The cherry on top was that the quoted price was about 50% of what their biggest competitor (Sydney Wardrobes) offered whilst also being rude and trying to convince us to settle for an easier to install job. Would highly recommend speaking to the team at Betta for any custom wardrobes!!

Colin was very helpful in talking with me about what I wanted, and making suggestions. Every contact with Betta was answered promptly and efficiently and they fitted me in shortly after the quotation. Although their quote was slightly higher than a competitor’s quote, I went with Betta because their customer service was much better than that from the other company.

We visited the showroom to get an idea of the quality and designs. William came to do measurements and advised on details in the design. So helpful. Their workshop produced the wardrobe. Andres & Andres came to install, well-equipped with every possible tool and accessory that might be needed. It was done efficiently and professionally. They solved any issues with uneveness of the floor. I highly recommend this team of Australian professionals.

Very happy with the home office that Betta built and installed in our apartment. This is the fourth item that we have had built and installed by Betta. The previous items were three wardrobes, a built -in double chest of drawers and a build in set of shelves. The design (thank you, Bobby) and construction of the office cabinetry is first class and the installers did a great job (a big thank you to the Andre's).
