WA Buildinspect

Joe and Karl were fantastic in their support to the need. Queries were addressed very quickly and without issue, and they kept me informed of the timelines, progress and any communication with the Agent. Joe was great to offer and work through a review of his inspection and report and provided considerable confidence to the purchase of the property. I am more than happy to recommend WA BuildInspect to others, and I'll be delighted to request their services again when I purchase next. Thank you so much for your time and effort to the need. Jason

We first met Joe when he was inspecting our property on behalf of the buyers, and we were immediately impressed by how thorough and detailed he was. Because of that, we chose him for our own building, pest, and swimming pool inspection when purchasing our new home — and he absolutely delivered. Joe’s report was incredibly detailed, and he took the time to walk us through everything with patience and clarity. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care gave us complete confidence in our purchase. Highly recommend WA Buildinspect and Joe for anyone wanting a meticulous and reliable inspection servic

I found Joe & Karl through a reddit post and decided to give a quick call. Joe was quick to respond and provided a detailed quote for both Building & Pest inspection before handing me over to Karl for invoicing. All this was done with 3 days notice of when the job needed to be completed by. They were very professional and liaised with the current home owners to organise an inspection tiem between them which was great. The report was also comprehensive and was provided in great detail. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a building & pest inspection.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Karl and Joe for a building and pest inspection. Their reports were well laid out, easy to follow and very detailed. They organised the inspection quickly, communication was superb and they were both incredibly polite and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Joe & Karl were great to deal with - their communication was timely & responsive throughout the process, while the inspection itself was done in detail. The selling agent also commented that Joe was covering additional aspects outside the structural inspection like working order warranties. Their pricing was also competitive & I would overall recommend them again.

We engaged Joe and Karl for a recent inspection, and could not be happier with the smooth, efficient and on time service provided! A highly detailed report was provided, with very clear explanations of all aspects of the property. Strong Recommend!
