Perth Property Inspections

Thank you for your thorough inspection of the house, Steve. Communication with both Steve and Alice were very easy, whether it was via email or phone chats. The phone call right after the inspection was very much appreciated.

Steve did an excellent job for us, we chose to go with comprehensive building & pest inspection with him. Steve thoroughly checked everything and went beyond our expectations, and picked up everything that might be a potential issue in the future. He also explained everything clearly on the report as well as follow up questions over the phone. We will definitely go with him again in the future and recommend our friends. Thank you Steve & Alice

Steve and Alice did an awesome job, very comprehensive with their inspection and told us everything we needed to know about the house in a super well written report. Would 100% recommend and use again!

Steve did a great building and timber pest inspection for me and issued a comprehensive report with great findings and detailed photos in one day. Alice at admin was very smooth and efficient. Great effort. Thank you.

Steve was quick to book an appointment with agent to inspect the property on the same week of our request as well as able to email us a very comprehensive building & pesticide report on the same day of inspection that evening. They are very detailed & thorough with their inspection & was able to find many issues on the property that we purchased & I forwarded the report for the agent to rectify with the owner. We recommend highly of Steve & his staff for building inspection as they are good at what they do.

Dealing with Perth Property Inspections has been straightforward and professional from the beginning. Starting with Alice who explained the services in a clear and detailed manner, to Steve following through with the inspection, and happily looking out for additional requests. He was able to clearly discuss and explain the findings of the report afterwards, making it clear that he is available to answer any other queries that may arise along the way. We would truly recommend Perth Property Inspections. Regards Angelo and Chloe
