We hired Dudley to inspect two of our newly built properties, and I am so glad we did. Even though the builds looked 'finished' to the naked eye, Dudley picked up on several defects and quality issues that we would have completely missed. His reports were incredibly detailed, easy to read, and gave us the leverage we needed to get the builder to fix everything before handover. I have no hesitation in providing this review as Dudley was so helpful in explaining the findings of the inspection and identifying the ‘can do’s’ and ‘would do’s as preventative measure. He was very professional and very thorough in his work, and was even kind enough to give us a courtesy call to run through a breakdown of his observations and recommendation since we were unable to physically view the property ourselves (being based interstate).
