  I used Dave for a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection on a 25 year old house after taking a recommendation. Not only did he do an extremely thorough job in his report, he picked up on some major issues that saved us several thousand dollars in pre-settlement repairs. In a post-contract situation where it feels like you don’t have many options, Dave was always available and went above and beyond to help review the structural fixes. Absolutely fantastic service, and I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future. I really can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a building inspector.

  David came highly recommended to me and recently completed a comprehensive building and timber pest inspection for my very first home. I was very impressed with the quick organization of the inspection and the turnaround of the detailed report. David’s communication was prompt and clear and he was happy to speak to me about details of the report to ensure I understood what everything meant and provided advice on what needed to be rectified.
