The report was meticulous, detailed and precise. As soon as it was completed Glenn emailed it to me personally and then phoned me to explain it to me. The Gleann explained every step of the process in a clear and friendly manner, and took the time to answer all my questions. Gleann went above and beyond with his job , The final report was detailed, easy to understand, and included helpful photos and recommendations. He spotted a few defects that would have been very easy to overlook, which we were able to get rectified by the seller before settlement. The report Glenn supplied is also super detailed and also provided us with some maintenance tips to assist moving forward. 5 stars from me!
