We engaged Tim to conduct a pest inspection on a property we had purchased. Tim acted quickly to confirm a time with the agent and completed the inspection within a few days of our initial contact. The report we received was absolutely comprehensive and extremely informative. The report identified potential areas for us be aware of, things that weren’t a problem now but had the potential to become an issue in the future. Lachlan was fantastic! A great communicator, thorough and responsive (even across weekends or evenings!). Sending through a very detailed report which he then took time to contextualise through conversations. Inspecting every space available and making use of thermal imaging and moisture metres for the extra level of investigation that a purely visual inspection couldn't cover. Quick to act and happy to work with our conveyancer when completing a building and pest inspection. Ethical and detailed in his approach; we are very impressed, would recommend and use again.
