Although I thought our pool fence was already compliant with the latest Standards, Zhichao (the Inspector) courteously explained that I actually had 3 easily rectifiable non-compliances. Once fixed, he very quickly returned to confirm the acceptability of the rectification work and, after only one week since my original inquiry, I received his Certificate of Compliance. Very happy with Zhichao's professionalism.
