  As a buyer agent, pre-purchase building and pest inspections are an essential element of my due diligence process when assessing a property on behalf of my clients. His written reports are very comprehensive and his verbal summaries post-inspection are highly valuable.   By far the best property inspector I've dealt with! I have actively sought the opportunity to share a review here - I am beyond grateful to have found Ross, and needed to ensure others knew how great he is! Was absolutely incredible to have Ross inspect some homes prior to purchase - not only did I receive a thorough, well-informed report on the same day each time, but I also had a phone call on each occasion which ran me through key observations. Crucially, the difference between Ross and other inspectors I have engaged in the past, is the conversation which demonstrated his clear knowledge each time - the feedback and suggestions were pragmatic, provided realistic advice into what would need a quick repair or what could be left for a later date. You're the best Ross!
