  What a legend John is! We've used his services twice now and he has been great, very thorough with his inspections and spent time with me on the phone discussing everything and going through faults etc he'd found on the property. He has even offered to come back to the property and investigate something further for us if we purchase it. Highly recommend John and his services for anyone purchasing a house
