We submitted our online enquire to Pool Safety Solutions on a Saturday morning, same day afternoon Phil rang me and advised he could come to our property on Monday to perform the required four year inspection to our glass fence. On Monday afternoon Phil came by and was very helpful in inspecting our pool fence compliance and providing Form 23 certificate for the council. Very fast and reliable service. Thank you, Phil & Pool Safety Solutions.

I want compliment our experience with Pool safety solutions. The phone representative Jordan was courteous professional and at all times very helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending him as a valuable employee. The company’s inspector Mark carried out the inspection very carefully. His manner and conversation was excellent. Thanks again.

We had an excellent experience with Pool Safety Solutions! They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an expedited inspection. Jordan kept his promise to call within 10 minutes after looking for someone who could do the inspection. Craig arrived on-site the same day and was highly professional and thorough in his work. We truly appreciate the prompt and reliable service. Highly recommend Pool Safety Solutions for anyone needing a pool inspection.

Hassle free inspection. Phil has been in the industry for over 15 years. This company has excellent communication, hassle free payment details and was very professional in all the dealings I have had with this company. Phil took the time explain what the requirements were and gave advice in fence maintenance along with trees along the fence line. Received certification within 2 hours of visit. Highly recommend this company particularly if your in Otway shire or Geelong region. Phil has a tremendous business where it is customer focused. Would differently recommend.

Have gone from a negative experience to a very positive experience as this company responded to my concern, updated their process in response to the issue with my application. They also acknowledged the issue and refunded my Council Application fee ensuring I wasn't out of pocket. Impressed with the customer service and didn't just pay lip service to solving an issue but actively contacted me to understand and resolve. Initial review: "Don't waste your time or money. The inspector that came out was very professional but only on the job 6 months. Advised after talking with his Boss that my council approved barrier exemption (with occupation cert for the pool in 2023) in NSW was non-compliant and advised I would now have to get the section covered by the barrier exemption fenced (Not a small cost $$$). They would then do another visit for $374 to issue complience cert. Solution: paid $150 to Central Coast Council (Booked on Monday) for them to come out and do a Compliance Inspection, took them 5 minutes and was told they will issue the certificate of Compliance."
