  Honest, reliable and thorough. 5-star service!!! What else can I say about Craig? After researching and calling many different building inspectors who were all too busy to take a look at an urgent property we needed to get inspected, we got recommended Craig from Mace Building Inspections. As soon as Craig picked up the phone, I knew I had the right person for the job. He was informative, honest and also reasonably priced. He also was happy to handle contacting the agent to confirm and arrange a time to inspect, which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to go back and forth. He did multiple inspections for us, which were all done on-time and the reports delivered on the same day - we couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend Craig's services, particularly over the larger companies out there as his dedication and timeliness is second to none. A big thanks to Craig for all his help with securing our home!

  Craig was a great help with my building and pest inspection. He was easy to talk with and had a very fast turn around to get me the report after the inspection. Great service by calling me to say he didn't find any major defects, so we could move forward without worrying when the report came.

  Super happy with my experience with Craig from Mace. He was very helpful guiding me through the inspection process, given that it's not an area of my personal expertise. They got back to me very quickly, and then had the very detailed report out to me within 24 hours of inspection. Craig also followed up with a detailed chat about the property in a no nonsense way, and were happy to take more questions in further calls. 10/10 would pay for the service again. Cheers!

  Couldn't recommend Craig highly enough! I used him for two building inspections and not only are his reports extremely detailed, but he opened up the line of communication with a phone call after. This was extremely helpful as an opportunity to discuss his findings in more detail and answer any follow up questions I may have had. He was always prompt with his replies and and happy to help by going the extra mile with fitting in an inspection on short notice or recommending a tradesman for the works that needed doing. Kind, professional and attentive!
