I needed a building inspection completed on short notice prior to settlement on my new apartment, Certify BI was able to provide me with one in 2 days, i was super stoked with the communication specifically as it was my first time buying, I phoned them up frequently and was able to chat to them straight away, the report itself was perfect and full of detail, highly recommend.
