He clearly identified the issues and explained them in a way that was easy to understand for someone with no experience in this area. He also followed up with a courtesy call to walk me through the report and explain the next steps after the inspection. Most importantly, Geoff saved me from buying a house that had major defects. Geoff did a fantastic job with our building and pest inspection. He was incredibly thorough and spent plenty of time carefully going over everything with the professional equipment and knowledge. It gave us a lot of confidence as buyers knowing nothing was being glossed over. What really made the experience great though was how easy he was to talk to. He took the time to walk us through everything he found, explain what it meant, give rough ideas on potential costs, and help us understand what was worth worrying about versus what was just normal house stuff. The report he provides is also so clearly laid out and easy to understand with photos and explanations.
