  I recently saw a house in the country that I was interested in buying. Not being anyway qualified to judge what condition the house was in I engaged Bear bottom inspections to appraise the place. Even though it was in the country, Rodney, the director, organized for Darren to visit within the next day or so Darren’s Report was incredibly thorough. He inspected everything from ceilings to crawlspaces beneath the house …to the condition of the two bathrooms and toilets even the sheds outside.! Everything was accompanied with photographs that were really clear and commentary that really made sense. Darren also checked for any problems with termites or other pests etc. and put my mind at rest as to the condition of the house and future proofing that I might need to do. I was also able to speak to Darren after the inspection and he clarified many of the points that were slightly technical and guided me as to how they could be repaired. His report set my mind at ease because it was so thorough. I subsequently purchased that house once I had peace of mind as to what the condition of the place was. I suggest anybody who has a property in mind should in fact contact Bear Bottoms….also, Darren left a really good impression with the sellers of the house. He was so polite and civil that he made it very easy. It’s this sort of service that is so wonderful to get nowadays.

  Rodney was fantastic - we needed a quick building and pest inspection for a property that we were hoping to purchase, and we were on an accelerated timeline. The team booked the inspection to occur within 24 hours, and issued a comprehensive report within just a few hours. Rodney was available soon afterwards to answer a few questions, and gave us reassurance that the property was a good opportunity. We will definitely use Bear Bottom Inspections again!

  Communication and booking process was excellent, I had a booking for an apartment I was interested in the next day. Then the report came later that day and was very thorough. When I followed up with Steve on the phone, he took as much time as I needed to explain every aspect of the report to me and answer all my questions in a friendly and down to earth manner. Highly recommended!

  The team at Bear Bottom are prompt and thorough In all inspections we have used them many times to review properties before making a purchase. The fact that they know building inside out means they can give insights into what may be needed in the future for renovations. The reports are very easy to read and get you straight to the major issues that you may need to address and other ones that you can address long-term, if you’re thinking about purchasing any sort of property then they are the team you should contact to avoid any potential risks!

  I have used Bear Bottom Inspection twice and was really impressed both times. They are thorough, responsive, and the reports are detailed and easy to follow. I also appreciate that even after the inspection is complete, I can still reach out with questions, whether it is soon after or even weeks later. Rodney and the team are great to communicate with. They are very prompt and always take the time to explain things clearly. I highly recommend them.
