Beyond Built Inspections

We chose Beyond Built Inspections on the recommendation of our daughter who had been impressed with them when buying her own new home. We have also been very impressed with the quality of the inspection conducted for us, of a 3 storey property with some challenging structural features: very detailed review, comprehensive report with all issues photographed and explained, excellent communications with the Inspector and company Principal Maria D'Angelo. It was quick and easy to schedule the inspection - first contact Monday afternoon and on Wednesday had the 2.5 hour on-site inspection completed, verbal summary in person from inspector on-site, and 109 page report finalised and emailed to us on the same day. We will definitely choose Beyond Built Inspections for future property assessments.

I was referred to Beyond Built from my conveyancer and I'm glad I was. They were very helpful in answering all of my questions and they checked things during the inspection that I specifically requested, that were outside the original scope. The report was very comprehensive and the follow up chat with the inspector put me at ease as he was very knowledgeable and took his role very seriously. Would definitely recommend.

I had Frank come out to inspect my new build in Two Wells, and he did an amazing job! I’d previously used a different inspector for each stage of the build but wasn’t happy with the results. I decided to go with Beyond Built for my final inspections, and I’m so glad I did. They picked up on every detail that was wrong with the build. Beyond Built was easily the best investment I made while building my first house. I only learnt about them about halfway through my build, but I wish I had known about them sooner. The cost was very reasonable, the reports were thorough, and Maria and Frank were absolutely lovely the entire process. It feels so nice to know someone is looking out for you during the build. We had Maria & Frank conduct 4 x staged inspections during our new house build in Hampstead Gardens May 2024 - May 2025. The professionalism and communication provided by Maria and the detail in the inspection reports provided by Frank were exceptional. The benefit of knowing the tradies are called out for taking the odd 'short-cut' and knowing the job is done to what you expect and the peace of mind you will get WELL OUTWEIGHTS the cost of the inspections. Do NOT believe what your project manager or your tradies tell you. They act in their interests NOT yours. Maria & Frank are independent build inspectors and act in YOUR best interests and for us, this showed!!!! Thank you guys. We cannot recommend your professional services enough!!!
