QLD Build Check are a fantastic choice if you need a Building & Pest inspection completed on a property you intend to purchase. They are extremely responsive and efficient operators. They provided a quote almost instantaneously after I requested (very reasonable costs) and provided a sample copy of their inspection reports. Nick (QLD Build Check) was super quick and was able to book us in within 48 hours and guaranteed a report same day. Upon meeting Nick at the property he was very professional, personable, transparent, undertook a diligent/detailed inspection and answered any questions that we had about the property. We felt reassured with Nick's inspection and feedback on the property provided. As promised, we received the Building & Pest report that same day, which was very detailed and comprehensive.
