His price is also hard to beat and is incredibly good value for the outstanding work and extensive report he provides. We chose Ryan for our Building and Pest inspection, and we were more than happy with the job done. Always felt in knowledgeable hands. From the morning I contacted him to the reports just 4 days later and that was fantastic for as we were in a very tight time frame. The inspection was very thorough and reports detailed and understandable, and kindly took time to answer all my ‘silly’ questions. Thank you Ryan

Ryan from QC's Building Services was an absolute gentleman and pleasure to deal with. I'm perhaps one of the most conservative buyers to deal with when dealing with property. Ryan took the time to complete an exceptional, comprehensive building and pest report that outlined everything that my partner needed to know to make an informed decision about a property in Doonan that we are buying. He also answered all questions that we had, to ensure that we were comfortable with the contents of the report. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a comprehensive B&P report, to contact QCs Building Services. Thank you Ryan!
