I have no hesitation in recommending this company. From scheduling in my inspection with Emma to the follow-up with Paul has been seamless with a friendly, professional and informative approach. Emma was very supportive when scheduling in the inspection working around any obstacles to ensure the inspection would be completed in the required timeframe. Paul followed up a few days after receiving my report giving me the time to read through providing an informative break down of the report with the information, understanding and knowledge I would require moving forward.

I enlisted Active Building Inspections twice in the past few months, for both sale of my house and in purchasing another. Paul and all the team at Active are professional, extremely responsive and the follow-up is exceptional. Communication in trying to set up time to conduct inspection at house I was buying was excellent, despite some hiccups & other party trying to change goalposts, they were firm and very supportive of me and my requirements. Paul was extremely thorough in explaining issues he had found, provided clear solutions and even called me later in week to explain research he'd conducted and further rectifications he would recommend. Used Paul for the purchase of 2 homes and his advice was honest and made us feel comfortable with the homes we were purchasing. Both were older homes but he took the time to talk to us about what to do first and what can wait.
