  Cheyne from Town & Country Inspections completed a very thorough pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspection under short notice. Very happy with the timliness of his responses and willingness to go over and beyond to explain the details enclosed in the report. Cheyne also done one better and accompanied me in his own time to inspect another property I was previously looking at to talk through the problematic areas so that I could better evaluate the risk / condition of the property. I couldn't recommend Town & Country Inspections highly enough - make sure you ask for Cheyne Waddingham!
