You will never spend more money in your life than when you buy or build a home - so why on earth would you not spend a pittance (in comparison) to ensure you’re investment is safe and secure. Between moving homes, sorting kids, finishing off a new build, work - life was far too hectic to give the attention to ensuring our new build was finished just right. Matt was excellent to deal with, thorough, affordable and flexible with his time. He found so many items myself and my husband missed, not just finishing off, but compliance items also. Matt called post inspection to highlight any areas of concern and to explain his overall assessment. Matt was extremely thorough, picked up details I never would’ve noticed, and explained everything clearly.
