Neeom Engineering

I recently had a building and pest inspection done by Nishan Khadka from Neeom Engineering, and I’m extremely happy with the service provided. Nishan was very professional, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the entire inspection. He carefully checked every aspect of the property and took the time to explain his findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way. His advice was practical and covered all important areas, which gave me a lot of confidence in making my decision. What stood out most was his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend Nishan Khadka and Neeom Engineering to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable building and pest inspector.

I engaged Neeom Engineering for a full cycle of construction services, from building document review through to stage-by-stage inspections. Their team was highly professional, easy to communicate with, and very supportive throughout the process. They also provided valuable assistance in negotiating with the builder to ensure both competitive pricing and quality outcomes at each stage of the project.

Great Pre-Purchase Building Inspection Neeom Engineering provided a very professional and thorough pre-purchase building inspection. The report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Their advice helped me identify potential issues before buying the property. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable building inspection service.
