Jim's Building Inspections Rooty Hill

We hired this company for a building and pest inspection and were extremely impressed with the service. Leon was very thorough and professional, even crawling through the roof to make sure nothing was missed. The report was detailed, accurate, and honest, which gave us real peace of mind. He’s also very pleasant to talk to and took the time to explain everything clearly so we fully understood the report. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. We highly recommend his business to anyone needing a reliable building and pest inspection. Thanks Leon for an amazing job. - Ben

I got a report by Leon Vinci from Jim's Building Inspections. Was very happy with the outcome and he went into full detail and spots that I would have never noticed without his knowledge. Additionally he recommended a service for pest control which was highly appreciated. Will certainly use them again.

I recently had an inspection carried out by Leon from Jim’s Building and Pest Inspections and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Leon was incredibly efficient and thorough, taking the time to cover every detail in his report. What really stood out was that he didn’t just email the report and leave it at that – he personally called to go through everything with me in detail, explaining the findings clearly and answering all my questions. His professionalism and genuine care made the whole process stress-free and gave me great confidence in the results. I would highly recommend Leon to anyone needing a building and pest inspection.

I was referred to Leon at Jim’s Building Inspections Rooty Hill, needing an urgent property inspection carried out. It was late Friday. Within no time, Leon had confirmed he had an arranged an inspection time for the following morning. I was more than relieved, with the real estate agent pushing for exchange, to find a comprehensive report emailed to me Sunday morning. Understanding the stress of buying property in Sydney, Leon expedited my request with good humour and was professional in dealing with myself and the agent to accomplish this feat! I would have no hesitation in recommending him and have recommended him to friends already. Thanks again, Leon, we feel confident to move forward with our purchase, eyes wide open!

Leon turned up at a fast pace to help inspect our house we were looking to buy. He was friendly and very detailed and provided an in-depth report. We will refer others to Leon in the future that need his services.

Leon Vinci provided an exceptionally thorough service for my building and pest inspection. He was highly efficient, generous with his time, and patiently explained the key issues I should be aware of, along with how they could be addressed if I chose to purchase the property. He took multiple calls from me and answered all my questions, which I greatly appreciated. His expertise and advice played a big role in helping me decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
