Jonathan was a great building inspector, the best we have worked with. Being a builder, he knew exactly what to look for and found many hidden items we wouldnt have known about. The report was detailed and we walked through the property to understand all the items with him. We were looking for a renovation project, but after uncovering some of the structural and water issues we decided not to proceed and saved us ~700k in renovation costs.
