My fiancée and I recently built our first home with Zircon and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend them highly enough! The building process from start to finish, that could have been very stressful, was instead managed in a very pleasant & professional manner with a strong focus on our needs as customers. The team were very patient, understanding, helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect of the build. We were also astonished at their ability to exceed our expectations in regards to hitting build milestones & deadlines during a chaotic time in the building industry. We are very happy with the final result. A massive thank you to Anthony, Mark, Joe, Sarandy and the rest of the Zircon team for making our first build such a positive experience. When the time comes for us to build again we will happily build with Zircon. Highly recommended.

We built a custom home with Zircon on a split level block that presented some challenges, Anthony was great throughout and offered suggestions and solutions to these challenges that other builders did not. Anthony and the Zircon team were great to deal with throughout our build and the customer service was certainly a stand out. We received weekly construction update emails and follow ups even after completion. Our home ended up reaching completion earlier than expected which was a big bonus! We’d highly recommend Zircon Living if you’re looking for an experienced builder that offers great communication, professionalism as well as a personal touch from beginning to end. A massive thank you to Anthony and the Zircon team for making our first build such a positive experience – we absolutely love our home and would happily build with Zircon again.

My husband and I built our house with Zircon and were delighted with the service and quality. We had a couple of initial issues with the tiling and oven which were dealt with promptly and fully resolved by Zircon and we always felt as though they were working for us. The 6 month maintenance was quick, hassle free and efficient. We would highly recommend Zircon and would like to use them again if we build in the future.

Zircon Living, My place called home  I initially had a design with another…but just could not commit. So I took my ideas to Zircon who asked me questions, like what are you trying to achieve, what was important to me, my budget. They listened and guided me through, giving me ideas on how things work and don’t work. How my designed space will be usable and making the most out of a small cottage block with views and living areas to the front of the house. Zircon were very competitive on price and there were no hidden extras along the way. From designers to the fabulous Mark Murphy in prestart consulting, to Joe the supervisor and all the trades who worked on my home. A very professional and caring team that work together with you to achieve the finished result. Their commitment and customer service is highly sort after. I also had the pleasure of getting expert advice and guidance from Dominic Minniti, which exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Zircon Living, with decades of experience and a team of true professionals, you will not be disappointed.

Given the circumstances under which building companies have had to operate for the last few years we had smooth ride in building our home with Zircon. They were always ready to take a call from us during our build and made sure anything that needed rectifying was done quickly and without fuss. Given we had initially signed with another company that has had numerous issues, we know we chose the right company. We never had any of the issues that others on social media seemed to have been plagued with. We've already recommended them to a few other people and we'll continue to do so. Thanks to Chantelle, Cozi, Christie, Natasha, Carl and Anthony for all the hard work building our family's new home.

My partner and I are in the process of building our first home with Zircon Living and we can’t recommend them enough. From our first initial meeting we felt valued, understood and knew we weren’t just another number. After signing our PPA the experience only improved. Our consultant, Susan Nguyen worked with us to help our ideas become a reality. She was extremely patient, helpful and assisted us in every step of the way to achieve the most effective outcome for us and our home. Everything we requested was provided and nothing was impossible. Zircon kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to meet deadlines and met the timelines they provided to us from the very beginning. We cannot recommend these guys enough. Should we be in the market to build again, we wouldn’t have a doubt in mind to build with Zircon Living every single time.
