    Where do I begin? My journey started with Adam, we talked about what I was looking for in my first home, and he gave me some marvellous ideas, and was very helpful throughout the Sales/Design Phase I then went into pre-start with Romaine. She was very helpful and understanding, listening to my thoughts and ideas, and advised where things might be better. Then, the building stage. My Client Liaison was Nicole. She was very helpful and prompt when questions were asked. I had a few building supervisors during my build due to unexpected work shuffle but each of the supervisors were very easy to deal with and listened to my requests and offered their own suggestions (most of which I took and worked really well) And then there are the trades who rarely get mentioned, whilst I never had many conversations with any of them they did a really good job, and I am thoroughly impressed to the level of detail and quality. And most importantly and as to be expected on a first home I had many times where I felt unsure on stuff even though mentioned prior I re-asked and all of the staff from sales, admin and building phase they all answered with a helpful and understanding attitude. Would I build with WA Country Builders again? You bet I would! Massive Thank you to all of you at WA Country Builders Great Southern

    We just had the Ferguson retreat built for us by country builders and I truly must say our whole experience with country builders has been a positive, pleasant and relaxful build from start to finish. The team Todd, Nicole, Abby and Giles were so professional and diligent at communicating with us through the whole process we were happy with the workmanship from all the trades. We highly recommend country builders to anyone, we absolutely love our new home, If we ever have to build again we will definitely go with them!

    We built a 2 storey custom home with Plunkett Great Southern with completion in August 2024. Very slow admin phase but once construction started, things moved along nicely. Ian our construction supervisor was excellent and we were kept informed through the entire building process. Trades and workmanship excellent. We are very happy with the end result.
