  Trevor and I would like to thank the entire team at Pocock Building company for creating our dream home. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are a credit to Jenn, Matt, Steve, Alex and every individual tradie who worked on our home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Jenn, Matt Steve, Alex and all the tradies we spoke to were only too happy to help. Alex even came out to our unfinished house late one Saturday night while we were away to save our shed (built by another company) from flooding! Our 'forever home' is even better than we dreamed. Thanks again Pococks!

  We, my wife and myself, are at the “breaking ground” stage of our build. I can confidently say that engaging Pocock building is undoubtedly one of the best choices we could have made. I have significant experience in builder engagement and building having built three homes, two solo and one with my wife. The attention to detail experienced in the design, quoting and materials selection process is second to none with nothing being missed.   Our home, commenced in Nov 2010, was the first build for Pocock Building Company. We could not have asked for a better experience than that given to us by Jen and Matt. We were consulted in every aspect of the process and all our needs were met along the way, with all finishes to the highest quality. Their staff and contractors were respectful of our visits to the site. I have no hesitation in recommending Pocock Building Company to build your new home, sometimes dreams do come true.

  Building with Pocock was a wonderful experience. The professionalism and customer service is A+. The quality of their work is like nothing I've seen. They bent over backwards to make sure we got the home we dreamt of, with materials we loved, not a cookie cutter house with only 3 options for everything. I can't recommend Jenn, Matt and the team highly enough.
