Professional - Prompt - On time - Honest - Great Communication We were renovating an old home and needed someone to remove a few of structural walls and replace with internal beams. Tykad were able to get engineering, submit to council, order materials, and carry out the job - from start to finish, within budget and within the given time frame. If there were any issues, Daniel and his tradesmen were able to communicate them well and resolve them quickly. As a fellow tradesman, customer service standards like Tykad are becoming a rarity in the industry. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

We recently engaged Sean to remove an internal wall for our kitchen renovation. Sean is incredibly knowledgable, honest and hardworking. He was so respectful of being in our home and went the extra mile to clean up each day. He was also particularly patient with our helpfully unhelpful toddler who thought he was the TA.

We have had Daniel and his boys from Tykad in twice, and we were very happy on both occasions. The first was converting our garage into a habitable room, we were so happy with the attention to detail and professionalism that we got them in to do our kitchen reno which has just been completed and we are stoked with it. It was not an easy job as our house appears to be a bit 'wonky'. We had 3 arches removed, exposed brick removed/covered, a lounge bar closed in and converted to a kitchen pantry, a marri breakfast bar, and a bi-fold window with a marri servery. If you are looking for a conscientious builder/project manager, I highly recommend the Tykad team

We hired Tykad to carry out some work with our backyard renovation. They did such a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. From start to finish they were very professional to deal with, went over and above and the team showed respect and care towards our home. They removed our old gazebo and constructed a new arbour, constructed and rendered a new timber boundary fence and constructed a day bed. I would not hesitate to recommend Tykad, we couldn’t be happier.

We completed multiple projects using Tykad including a garage extension, kitchen, bathroom and laundry upgrade as well as some small jobs here and there. Daniel provided a personal and tailored service that fit in with our needs. He gave us advice and ideas that saved us many thousands of dollars and was mindful of our budget the whole way. And the end results were excellent quality and practicality and when it came time to sell we had a buyer in the first week. Couldn't recommend more highly!
